The Hitchcock team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They really take the time to explain the home buying process so its less overwhelming and make sure you understand all timelines and the mountains of paperwork that come with buying a home. They are very responsive and have great communication. We bought in a town that was relatively new to us and Kylie's local knowledge was so reassuring when finding trustworthy contractors to do inspections. This team really does put their clients first and it shows. We felt very supported throughout the entire process. Amazing! Kylie and Kara were fantastic through every step of our family home selling process. Their marketing and communication skills were just beyond whether it was via email, text, phone or in person throughout the entire selling process. Selling your childhood home is definitely not easy but they both were sensitive to our needs from day one; ie, in setting our selling price, and establishing reasonable timelines. I’ve never been through such a smooth selling process in my life! I would highly recommend the Kylie and Kara team to anyone selling their home!

We have now sold one house and bought another with the Hitchcock Team. This was scary and exciting and scary , and we felt we were in good hands. There were so many details to manage (paperwork, home repairs, legal, financial). They knew how to manage everything. They worked hard for us. They got stuff done quickly. It seems like they were on call at all hours, responding to texts and e-mails immediately. They seem to know everyone in town, all the realtors and repair people and financial people and the rest. They went all out marketing our house, and with a team produced beautiful photos, and sent them out via a range of media. They were ethical and honest. They are nice and honestly fun to work with. They were easy to talk with and enthusiastic about our move. We are so grateful.

Kat, Kylie, and Kara have been friends of ours for years prior to the moment we decided to sell our home. Kat always made our friendship a priority and I looked forward to seeing her name pop up on my caller ID because we would talk about all sorts of random things like our kids, spouses, travels, and business, not just updates on what real estate was doing in California, but when she talked real estate, she knew it all and backed up her talk with performance you would see all over the area by houses listed, selling, happy buyers she represented, and an incredible social media campaign for any property she was a part of. When we decided to sell, it wasn’t even a question as to who we would list with, we met with Kat at our home and gave her the key, “it’s yours” we said.
