Josh didn't overwhelm us with houses that didn't fit our criteria, so we didn't have to waste our time, and his, looking at places that weren't exactly what we're looking for.
We never felt any pressure that we were running out of time to buy a house, or that we needed to submit an offer that day. It was a very low pressure experience (even though buying a house is anything but!)
He was always quick to respond to calls, or emails. In fact many times, I'd wake up and see emails that had been sent to me that past night, just proving to me that he was always working in some respect.
My wife and I have moved in, we're settled & unpacked, and so happy that Josh sent that one random email that had the listing to our future home.

I set my dad up with Josh and Jacqui when it came time to for him to start looking for a new home. This was a big transition for him as he lived in his last house for almost 30 years. This team was very diligent and helped him find a perfect place that was more suited for his lifestyle. We could not have had a better experience! Working with Josh and Jacqui made everything easy. They kept us updated with every available home with our criteria and were able to book appointments sometimes even when the house wasn’t officially on the market. Because of their persistence we were able to find the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. They are the most professional group I’ve ever worked with. What makes it even better is they are incredible human beings. So nice it was amazing working with them both. Definitely the company I would recommend to anyone.
