We've been working with Justin Etherton Real Estate Group in finding the right home for our family in Santa Barbara. I'll be honest, our list of must-haves for our next house is long and we haven't found the right house just yet. This market is tough, but Justin has been great to work. He took the initiative to send us listings we did not know about. He's quick to call and get more information we ask about or private showings. He knows the right questions to ask of the sellers. He's been responsive to all of our needs. And he's passionate about his clients. Justin as a great asset to the community.
We recently helped a person get her home ready to sell, but since it was the home she gre up in, she was very difficult to deal with. Justin was patient with her changing her mind all the time and getting mad at everyone, but everything finally worked out. He was even able to get her into a new place when it was time for her to leave. With Justin and his financial assistant working with her, everything worked out smoothly.

Justin and his team were nothing less than awesome! When we first moved to SB six years ago, Justin was instrumental in helping us get our home from a distance. Justin was a true pleasure to work with. With such a crazy time with COVID and the quickly changing real estate market our closing was also quite difficult and made it probably one of the harder ones for Justin to complete.
