Not even worth rating ! It was Christmas Eve and this place doesn't even have no security and it for seniors. Me and my brother were driving down the street when we noticed that a older man had fell over on his side almost hitting his head because he couldnt catch his balance going up a curb with his Walker. The poor man couldnt even get up. Me and my brother walked him from 220th street to the Avalon courtyard and not even 1 security was on site on CHRISTMAS EVE ! This older man fell pretty bad and didnt really know what was going on. If I didn't call the Carson sheriff and just left the man he would have been left in a lobby in a senior citizen home with no security I grea up with sick elderly family members how should you feel if you had your family member in a "senior citizen complex" with no on site security 24/7 ? Would you feel safe with your elderly family their This place is garbage. If it wasnt for the Carson sheriff and ambulance and us helping this man out the results could have not been good. Please people if you care about your elderly family DO NOT CONSIDER THE AVALON COURTYARD!
