I found Donna through these google reviews. Every positive thing said about her was true. My aunt had been living alone and after a hospital stay I needed to move her into a senior community and sell her house. I live in Canada and was there helping my aunt recover. From that very first call and throughout the whole process, Donna has answered all my questions, explained the process so I completely understood what was happening and what was needed. In that first conversation in person I told her I needed to go back to Canada but I also needed to know that as the POA I could sign from Canada and not have to return to close the house. She immediately got on the phone with her title contact, sent them my POA by phone to make sure it was all clear. They confirmed it and it was done. It's that kind of work ethic, handling in the moment anything that could be an obstacle that makes Donna stand out. She has integrity, and is a great communicator, an excellent strategist, a very hard worker and a kind soul. This was a very hard time for me and, of course, my aunt and Donna was a tremendous support at each and every step to the very end. Thank you Donna!!

Donna is the BEST!! She was sincere and honest from the start. She did not try to sell us a pricier home or something that wasn't truly right for us. Instead, she worked hard to only find houses that matched our desires and budget. We ended up buying a very unique house and lot that Donna managed to find for us--we never would have known to look for this house otherwise. And that ended up being the house we bought and love. That's just one example of how she sincerely worked hard for us. She always gave us the honest rundown on what to look for, whether something was good/bad, etc... One unique thing Donna offers is she's worked in finance and real estate for years, so she always knew the answer to any question we had. She showed up to all of our inspections and fought hard to get even little flaws fixed (stuff that we, again, would never have known to look for). We truly trust her as a person and agent. She saved our butt on so many occasions which makes her an excellent mentor in general, let alone in real estate. And she's pleasant to work with. Very easy to talk to, personable, very responsive to calls/texts, lots of initiative taken. Donna will be our only agent in the future--nobody else will deliver this much honesty, expertise, and service.
