I live across the street from this complex. There are tenants at Las Ventanas who set off fireworks nearly every night right on the lawn out front. If you want a nightly firework show, this place is for you! If you value a quiet living space and/or have animals who are fearful of loud noises...AVOID THIS PLACE. Management clearly does nothing to stop their tenants from being an absolute nuisance to the neighborhood.

After applying and searching over 20 different apartment complexes after covid my family finally found this as our place to call home. Odessa in the main office was so helpful and made the transition so easy for us. (She is also super sweet and I can go to her for anything). We moved in early May and we have had 0 issues. The few times we did need something the Maitenence men were on it within a half hour. AJ and Mike do an amazing job they are out there every day fixing whatever needs to be done they are some of the hardest workers I've ever met and still have time to stop and ask us almost daily if everything is going well. I could never put into words how thankful we are thankful we are to have such a great staff taking care of us and I will always recommend to anyone we know looking for a place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So we recently went through hard times and had to leave this complex. We lived here a little over a year the staff are beyond sweet, maintance guy is also nice and always fixed our issues, our 2 bedroom was huge i loved how much space there was, prices are reasonable.Yes there are loud parties around the area on the weekends and i did see a roach once, pest company came, sprayed and if ur apartment is spotless you won't see them again. Let's face it every apartment complex you go to you will find something you don't like. But our family enjoyed our time here thank you for everything, Las Ventanas 🏠

I honestly wish there was something on the scale worse than poor-fair. This place is so disgusting and unsafe! I moved here from WI and I read the reviews thinking that it can't be bad.... I actually think that people went too easy on this place while giving reviews.
Homeless people hang out in the empty lot next door and sometimes come sit on the playground.
The gates NEVER work and the doors are always unlocked or broken.
If your car is parked on the street- I hope you like your windows broken and your stuff stolen.
It is unbelievably noisy. 30 Mexicans live in one apartment.
The apartments across the street have quincenaras all the time that don't stop until the wee hours of the night and the horrible music shakes the windows in your apartment.
The security guard is never there- but don't worry the cops are always around the neighborhood considering shootings are regular for the area.
The manager is never in the office.
Maintenance never gets done and if it does its usually late.
The all in one washer and dryer SUCKS and takes 8 hours and don't even dry your clothes. NO its not a stack its one unit that washes AND dries your clothes...supposedly.
Fights happen constantly.
ROACHES! OH MY GOSH THE ROACHES.
AND the apartment manager told us not to worry about the carpet and such before we left because they are replacing it and she said we should get 300 back from our deposit- well turns out the day we left a new manager started and now we owe 200. I painted and made everything look better than it did before....Just don't waste your time OR money!
They raise the rent way too often and its not even worth it. Rent a home instead.

If I could give this place a zero I would. After the new manager came this place went down hill fast. She comes into your apartment with no notice, they don't fix anything when it is broken (I was out of hot water for a month before they decided to fix it and it still went out again) the apartment is hardly even livable. The AC does not cool the apartment only two feet in front of it. The "washer and dryer" if you want to call it that does not dry the clothes after 3hours on the same load. There are always fly's and dog poop everywhere. DO NOT GET TRAPPED HERE.

pros:
-Nice manager (met 1 of 2 so far)
-Maintenance guy is also kind
-Maintenance doesnt take too long to fix problems in my apartment
pet friendly
-friendly neighbors (but occasional fights)

cons:
-gardeners are here from the early morning to mid afternoon almost everyday. Not easy to get any peace because theyre so loud when theyre here
-be careful when parking your car outside, this neighborhood isnt very safe as cars get broken into frequently
-roach/pest problems common- the guys they hire for this dont do a very good job
-they will raise rent without explanation and REPEAT this every month (it adds up). lots of people have moved out because of they can no longer afford to live here.

Please take my word for it when I say this place is roach infested! The manager sprayed our unit like 6 times over the course of 8 months and it literally did nothing. I asked if we could bring in a different pest control and they said I would have to pay out of pocket for it, yet they still charge a pest control fee monthly for a service that clearly did not work. The maintenance guy would roll his eyes when I would complain about finding bugs but sorry, who wants to live like that? The final straw for me was finding my oven's digital readout unreadable because underneath the plastic the green readout was completely covered by baby roaches.. yeah, hungry, anyone? The manager that was here when we rented is no longer here and there is new management but I'm not entirely sure how it's ran now. They let us break our lease which I am glad for, but I would not recommend moving here unless you enjoy having roach roommates 🙂
