Took a look clean and quiet, amenities are a pool , grills, pool table room, guest meeting area with flat screen television the guest room is fully furnished,sauna room 2 , guest parking area, covered parking seniors 55 and up , restrooms located in the welcome area, friendly atmosphere.

Someone I love lives here 🙂 it is a nice senior community. You would not know from inside that you are right next to Compton. Nice relaxed environment... security. Most homes have driveways, some even have pull-through driveways where you can enter one end and exit the other. The community center has cool events (recently a Christmas party). The neighbors are nice and friendly... haven't found this sense of community in LA very often! If I was old enough I would move in! Close to shopping and eating... all around great place. You still will need to obtain a permit to install any handicap ramps or what not

Visiting family for a funeral and we really enjoyed this quaint, clean community. The community was so gracious to host the repast and it was clean and a wonderful place to gather for family and friends.
