This is a very beautiful place to live if it’s time to relocate I will take a look at Palm view Village Torrance there are also many other locations within they have a great team friendly neighbors swimming pool barbecue area pet and children friendly with a built in dog park to laundry room‘s large backyards and balconies I’ll add some photos and post them so you can take a look.

Stayed here for 5 months .. bad water quality.. poor cleanliness.. parking issues... Overpriced for maintenance. Over all poor unresponsive management.. highly recommend to find other communities in nearby main Street area of Torrance.

On move.out I was over charged as well with inappropriate charges that seems to be schemed.
