My wife and I have just moved back to our home in Carson City after relocating from Oregon. Brick&Mortar was the Property Management we selected and Vicki Harkleroad was the Property Manager.
We had lived in Carson City for 27years when my wife decided to take a position in Corvallis, Oregon. This all came about very quickly and had never leased our property before. We were nervous as we were unsure what to do. This is where Vicki came through like a champ!!
Having already moved and renting in Oregon we had a relative staying at our home which did not work out. So, I had contracted Vicki @ B&M and she was helpful in every way. I was overwhelmed and her professionalism led me through the process. After a month I was out of house, home was leased and I was back in Oregon with my wife.
Vicki handled the whole transaction of getting quality tenants, setting up B&M portal which showed the monthly transactions and reports. Monies were deposited in our accounts and repairs, maintenance and such were done. What a relief!
We give Brick & Mortar a strong recommendation for a Property Management Company. And if you are lucky enough to have Vicki Harkleroad as your Real Estate Agent or Property Manager you won’t be disappointed. We are pleased!
