I have been renting with Arizona Haciendas for nearly 3 years, and it is the best experience in a rental we have ever had. From the first meeting when we looked at our house, Paul Pietrzak has been absolutely amazing. Shortly after we moved in there were a few things we needed fixed, all it took was an email and we then had the handy man contacting me to schedule a time to fix the issues. Every time we have had an issue with the house (a dripping tub, a cracked window, or ADA accommodations) they have responded quickly and professionally.
A fantastic example of how wonderful Arizona Haciendas is:
Recently, we discovered our garbage disposal was leaking, I emailed Paul just before midnight on a Tuesday, less than 24 hours later he had a plumber out to replace our garbage disposal. No questions asked, no questioning if we broke it, he made sure it was taken care of. He even told me the name of the company that would be contacting me, that way if I had any issues I could contact them as well.
Another example:
About a year after moving into the house, our front window cracked. I emailed Paul with pictures, and he very quickly had a glass company out to look at the window, measure and order a new one. As soon as the new window was done, they installed. There was very little work on my end, and a very quick response.

I love working with Arizona Haciendas, and we will continue to work with them for years in the future. I never have to worry about anything going wrong with the house we are renting, because I know if it does, Paul and his team at Arizona Haciendas will take care of it.

I love talking to the secretary, she is the nicest person, I can have a horrible day or month to round up the monthly rent and when i show up she is the most down to earth nicest person ever, she listens and you have a great conversation while she writes you a receipt.

My wife and I are renting a home currently where the owner is using Arizona Haciendas and we are very happy with them. I don’t know what any of these people on here are complaining about because Haciendas responds very quickly to house repairs, they take care of things right, and are very friendly doing it. I’m not planning on moving anywhere anytime soon. Great company ?

One of the most unprofessional renting companies I've ever been in contact with. I was trying to rent a home from this company with my husband and had days in between messages while trying to communicate with the property manager. He told me that we were approved but then tried to make a "condition" that was completely unethical. Do not rent from this company. Their unethical practices, lack of professionalism and communication is not worth your money.

Hi made several attempt's to contact Arizona Haciendas Real Estate. No one would answer there phones. Paul is listed as agent for house on sale and called the office no one would pick up there phone there either.
