Eaves La Mesa! Where do I even begin, place is perfect, Sherri & the whole crew are amazing. I was looking around for an apartment for a while and came across this place, what attracted me the most was how close it is to my grandmothers house & the good reviews. I was looking at 2 other places so this was my third apartment tour I’ve done in one day & let me tell you I knew right away this place was a perfect fit for me. Place is well kept and maintenance crew are always quick and efficient with their work. Sherri made this whole move in process for me easy. If you’re wondering if all these good reviews are true, come out here & check it out! eaves La Mesa & it’s crew won’t disappoint you. They really go above and beyond for all their tenants. I could go on and on but all I can say is THANK YOU Sherri & Anthony & the whole Eaves La mesa crew for all the hard work you guys do for us tenants. Oh & BTW, Anthony, my man, you’re incredible! Thank you for fixing up some stuffs in my apartment. —MeelRowa

The best apartment my family got to live in by far! Thanks to Sheri, and Jennifer! They both treated my family so well and were so informative, and helpful! Nora also was very sweet! After 2 months of searching for a place that is quiet, clean and safe I found EAVES LA MESA, AVALONBAY COMMUNITIES and I am extremely satisfied and very excited for the next few months to be here.

Applying is super easy and all the staff, especially Ms. Sheri Youssif, are super friendly and have a friendly smile, and are always willing to help you throughout the application process, she goes to great lengths to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Absolutely a great place to live in the San Diego area, especially for military with the cost of living. The apartment has taken a lot of effort to improve its amenities and Im glad I chose here!

11/10 best apartment complex I've had the pleasure to live at. 2 years of living here and not a day went by that I wasn't comfortable, from the quality of the pool and gym to it's convenience of location, and it's wonderful staff, especially Sheri, making sure any time I had questions, I left with a excellent answer. I would live here continuously if not for a change in job location. Once again I thank eaves by avalon and Sheri for making my stay a remarkable one.

I’ve lived here for the past two years and I’ve been so lucky to call this place home. Sheri and Gio were awesome and they always helped me with any problems I had very quickly. Over the past two years I got to really know Sheri and she is absolutely amazing she really made you feel at home from the minute I signed my lease. My friend lives in this condominium, it is a quiet, beautiful and safe place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, my lease expires in 4 months and we are considering moving to Eaves La Mesa.
