Don’t let the baby face fool you! This guy know his stuff and went so far out of his way to make our deal go through. We were in a bit of a bidding war to purchase our house and Ryan got in there and worked tirelessly to make sure our bid was accepted. I had a chance to speak with the realtor from the sellers side and he even said Ryan was an excellent realtor through this transaction. “He knew exactly how far to push it without pushing it too far, and saved you money along the way” He even drove my elderly mother around numerous times so that we wouldn’t have to drive all the way to east county to get her. I hope he’s serious about joining us for Thanksgiving, because he’s like family at this point! This guy is not afraid of hard work and really puts himself out there. He is our new families realtor for life. Thank you Ryan.

Ryan went above and beyond to help us sell our house. He was in constant communication with us, drove out to do open houses for us numerous times (it was not a short drive for him), got a customized for sale sign for us due to HOA rules and made great flyers to put out with the sign, and was very professional. We ended up getting multiple offers due to his great sales skills, friendly personality and great marketing skills. He even negotiated with the buyers agent to get the price we were happy with on our house sale. He made the selling process very easy and we were very impressed with him overall.
Highly recommend!! He's very knowledgeable, very professional, very friendly and fun to work with. No matter if you are looking to buy a home or looking to sell, Ryan won't disappoint.
