If I were you I would not waste your time on this place. Super unprofessional. Don't know why Bianca is considered professional when she's the one I have the problem with. Couldn't do a one thing that she said she could do the entire time even getting me the application was like pulling teeth. Don't waste your time. They do a full background check, want your bank information and everything. I actually almost wonder if anything's going to happen to my personal information after how unprofessional they are. Again and again and again some issue again and again and again couldn't keep her word kept telling me the same thing every single day on repeat. Turns out they weren't doing anything. At all. So if I were you I would just stay as far away from this place as you humanly can. It's pretty obvious to me that I was judged based on first appearance and to be honest from that day on unprofessionalism through and through. Don't waste your time here renting from these people Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Let me put it this way. I applied to the place in Lincoln yesterday. We're already 98% done. I'll probably have keys tomorrow or the day after this lady. Let me sit around for almost 2 weeks telling me damn near the same thing. That they were turning the paperwork into the owner and kept repeating that yet it wasn't getting done. I would like to express my gratitude to Bianca Write, a representative of Golden State Properties. Bianca’s helpful and pleasant attitude made me realize that there are still people who pride themselves in providing the best service possible.
For the past four months I have tried to get information from various property management companies, and I haven’t found any company that provides satisfactory answers. Most of the time, the people who worked in those companies did not seem well prepared to answer my questions, nor did they seem to have the desire to help.
This was not the case with Bianca who did not only answer all my questions in a friendly manner, gave me valuable advise, and provided me with useful information for renting my properties. Bianca’s positive attitude and willingness to help represents, the core vision of Golden State Property Management.
As a new property owner, I believe that I need to make sure that my tenants fulfill the requirements to rent from me, and at the same time, I like to provide them with an open way of communicating any issues or problems with the rental properties, so I can make sure that they are addressed promptly. I am thankful to Bianca for giving me ideas to be able to become an effective property owner.

They were able to find the perfect tenants and lease my property in less than a week. I worked directly with Bianca Wright. She has been wonderful, if you have properties, I would definitely recommend working with Bianca Wright.

I live at one of the properties found out that I couldn’t put my name in one of the bills and sent it to the property management company like they asked and never heard another word about it. I’ve been sending the same billing the owners name for months didn’t get any information that I had been added to it well, the amount accumulated and now I get a delinquent notice in my name. I have no problem with the fact that I needed to pay the bill according to my lease but I wasn’t given any information if my name was put on the bill or how to pay it and now I’m hundreds of dollars in debt thanks to a very irresponsible company that could’ve just gave me a heads up or sent me a letter. I think a management company should be responsible and considerate to the tenants that are leasing their properties so that this doesn’t happen now my credit score is a danger and I have to come up with hundreds of dollars that I don’t have. It was unprofessional and irresponsible so anybody renting be aware they don’t communicate well.
