We have lived in this place since November and between 2 different units we would never recommend it. The staff are nice, but they are terribly unorganized and maintenance is the absolute worst. Several times we reported things needing fixed and it took more than 2 weeks, all of which we had to contact the office multiple times for work to get done. They are either underpaid and overworked or there are just not enough of them. Every time we have been to the doggy park we have had to avoid messes other dogs have made or clean it ourselves, and people use the hot tub for baby making. We truly can not leave here soon enough.

Alfonso did great job troubleshooting an electrical outage on half of my apartment. He found a loose wire and restored all power to lights and outlets.

Awesome team!! I called Monday morning and let receptionist know that a/c unit was not working properly. I don't know the nice young lady's name who received my first call, but she was very considerate and promt on getting service to my unit. Tuesday morning an a/c technician arrived, but only made things worse. I called office again around one hour later and Ms. Rosie received the call. She also was very nice and considerate and promptly got property maintenance technician (Adrian) here within 30 minutes. He looked at the situation and didn't hesitate to make the proper repairs, a/c unit worked like new after a few minutes.

My children and I have live here for almost 2 years and we love it! It’s quiet and out the way, but still close to stores, restaurants, etc. The elementary school is essentially apart of the complex (it’s so close) so my kids love the opportunity to get to walk with their friends.

All of the staff have been friendly, understanding, and helpful from the time I toured the site up until now! I feel a good sense of community here. Ms Maria, Ms Rosie, and the maintenance guys have made our experience living here pleasant!

Great complex. Beautiful, clean, and Rosie is great! I had almost no complaints while living there. Upon move out is another story. Not renewing “MY” lease because of the rent increase from $2,173.00 to $2445.00 plus the water bill

pros/cons about lakeview village
we’ve been here for almost a year and our honest opinions about this place 🙂

pros:

- love the front office people, they’re really kind and helpful when it comes to certain things
⁃ very kid friendly if you have kids
⁃ they have 2 pools + hot tub and a tennis court
⁃ theres shopping centers pretty close by
⁃ they have in unit ac + washer/dryer
⁃ it was very spacious for my famiy because we lived in a 1b + 1bath
⁃ they have maintenance people but it really depends how long they take, honestly its 50/50
⁃ the amazon hub is pretty nice to have but also 50/50
- they do fix up the place after a tenant leaves, we’ve witnessed it. fun fact : they build lakeview village apts in the 80s)

cons:
⁃ the water pressure but its 50/50
⁃ where my family and i lived we had some crazy people
⁃ very noisy if you live in the first rows
⁃ very high utility bills if you’re here in the summertime
⁃ they don’t have in room light source but they do have a light switch for it but maybe other apts might.
- (wildlife for ex. cats, coyotes, rats, bunnies, spiders, trash pandas) we didn’t mind it but its just to throw it out there.

Been here for 3 years and I never want to move! I love it here. Spacious apartments, with washer and dryer in unit, fiber-optic internet, AC and pet friendly! It has everything I want for the cheapest I could find in San Diego county. The whole complex and it's amenities are so nice, as well as the community and even better are the staff! Maria is the best property manager ever! She is so nice, she is so helpful and so good at her job, she is on top of things and get's things done without being mean but still demands respect. Landlords and property managers can completely ruin a home, but her and all the staff here really makes it worth living and makes me proud and happy this is where I live.
