This was by far the smoothest renting process I've been through from start to finish. Everything felt like it was moving at my pace , I wasn't rushed into anything and was always told that they can work with whatever works for me. I worked with Tyler and he is very nice, straightforward and was available to answer all my questions. I like that he was very responsive through text, I'm a busy working mom with very little time to spare for a full phone conversation so that was very helpful. I'm still blown away by how low the deposit was for my rental. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to rent.

Tyler, this one is for you. You need to work on your customer service. Remember that you’re building a contract with people, not doing them a favor. It’s a mutual negotiation. Just work on being at least decent to your customers. Also, what is up with the deposits being so high. You guys keep Oakland rent unaffordable to its residents.

Needed to get some window screens installed to keep my house cool during the warmer weather. James Ryan Jr was very communicative during the whole process and even fixed a window opening mechanism that a previous contractor couldn't, all in a couple of hours. This communication makes a world of a difference when you dealing with time sensitive issue (Broken fridge, water leak) thats addressed by another party. He’s committed to providing a comprehensive solution- We had a water leak and he went the extra mile to climb up the side of the home to evaluate a drain pipe.
