This lady will rob you blind. You will be held accountable for pre existing damages regardless of documentation.

The property owner might very well wait until you leave, then go and rummage through your home. It happened to me.

I spent $900 on duct cleaning, professional carpet and house cleaning and was still charged $500 to clean the house.

You will get unfiltered messages from property owners that will feel like abuse.

I rented a nice property. Between the property owners antisocial behaviour and this lady refusing to stand up to him. My memories are of abuse and harassment from the ever present threat of eviction. The property inspector who checked out the home said he would eat off my floors the home was so clean.

AVOID All PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!!
