I came in to look at 2 apartments here with Rana and she is so lovely! Her personality was awesome and the smile on her face. She was very accommodating even tho we showed up after 5pm. The apartments look so nice and clean very modern. Hope to have a place here soon. Thank you rana!

Sadly I couldn’t afford a unit due to my current situations :/ but Rana the manager was extremely polite and sympathetic. When I’m able to find a better paying job I will definitely be back! She is so nice, polite and funny! And a bonus if you get approved or not… she has snacks and coffee!! 10/10 will be back, she is the nicest manager I’ve spoken to yet!

I have lived at this apartment complex for more or less 20 years…Rana, the current Asst Property Manager is to date the best manager of this large complex. She has addressed my issues quickly and worked w/me to produce a satisfactory outcome. I hope she stays…she is a pleasure to talk with and is a valuable asset to living here!

I have been living at Calavo Apartments for almost 3 years and by far Rana, current Manger, has been so helpful and attentative to us. It's been such a joy living here and I am happy to have moved in 2020 when the world was at its lowest. Calavo is a wonderful place to live and I am glad I call it home. 🙂

This place needs to be torn down an rebuild once you move in after a month or two the rats an all insect will start act you one day a friend of mind show me six on one those industrial rat trap

Made an appointment for 1pm for a showing of the apartments and there was no one in the office. Waited around and called/left vm for 30min and nothing.
I figured they aren’t concerned with people moving in or not.
