Second time I have came to visit a family member and the A/C went out. The front office doesn’t answer the phone and no one is ever there. The app wouldn’t allow us to submit a maintenance request. The quality of this place has certainly gone down over the years and management needs help or just don't care. The units on the back side by the woods have lots of overgrown trees and don’t feel safe especially for kids. There were two different snakes on my family member’s back porch and in their breeze way.

If you can get somebody in the office, good luck or maybe bad luck. They take cash $35 background check money but then never call you back and you can’t catch them in the office. Don’t give them any cash. It’s a scam.

Great place to live. Pretty quiet and people watch out for each other. Kinda hard to get someone in the office. Only one person and they are in and out most days but can leave message online now. Quick to respond.

Great Complex in looks and price, its just Management is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Its No one ever in the office! Maintenance takes it least 3months to fix a toilet and change a kitchen light in my experience. Get Office and Maintenance together and it will be higher rated.
