I have thoroughly enjoyed living at the SPRINGS Apartments for nearly the last 5 years. It’s amazing, it seems like just yesterday I moved in.

Lyly the manager does an outstanding job. Rockney the maintenance supervisor keeps everything moving just fine. Arturo the custodian is always cleaning and keeping the place in pristine condition. Rosemary is very pleasant as she administers food programs for us. Overall my my experience living at the Springs has always been very pleasant.

The Springs, is a beautiful place to live. It is obvious how the staff and management are dedicated on keeping our home here at The Springs safe and clean and very well maintained. If we need help they are quick to respond, or if a problem arises. The apartment is so nice it feels like it was designed to make me feel at home.

I love living here. The location is perfect for shopping and close to public transportation Its a safe neighborhood for walking. many shops and restaurants near by, we are walking distance to food store, post office, library and City government offices also police and fire department. The management and maintenance crew are excellent. They respond quickly to any problems we might have. Which I really appreciate. I've lived at the Springs almost 3 years and so happy I moved here.

When I first moved in it was a busy time for management. But now that things have calmed down, and I have been here a month I want to that Tania for her kindness and effort to correct things right away. She works incredibly hard at her job.

The Springs a Rose Community deserve a Five Star rating. — The Springs is like coming home, to good neighbors, accommodating maintenance men and our Manager (Lyly) who is well-informed and knowledgeable about the residence needs immediately. I have lived in many different apartments complex's in my life, but hands down this apartment complex deserve an A+. I'm so lucky to live in a safe neighborhood, with people who care and Management that solves problems with a smile.

I am very new here at the Springs but so far i really appreciate all that it is.
It is a Green community with Solar panels and ive been told even the carpet is of recycled material. I do appreciate this for our environment.
The apartments are newly remodeled and lovely. i am on the 7th floor and i have a view all the way to the mountains,... a nice deck runs the width of the apartment.
When i talk with someone here and i tell them i am new they say " You will love it here , I do "
I am so looking forward to spending my "Golden years" here at the Springs.

I always appreciate Arturo and Rockney, when I need something done or fixed in my apartment, they are always here quickly, and take care of whatever maintenance is needed probably. Also, when I call the office and request maintenance, you, Lyly, are always ready to take care of it promptly.

I love living here, knowing that I will have support and care of whatever issue or problem about maintenance, etc.

I have only lived here a month and I love it. The Springs' staff take great care of the buiding and the grounds and still make time to help a resident. They are realy nice. The residents are friendly. The Springs is a short distance to the Trolly, Vons, the quant little shops on La Mesa Blvd. and a variety of eateries. It is beautiful. Come for a tour of the Springs and apply to be on the list. It is worth the wait!
