Rebecca was recommended to us from a friend when we were looking for an agent to help us navigate our first time buying a home. Rebecca has been so easy to work with since day 1 and was a great balance of leading us, but also listening to our needs. We worked with Rebecca this year to find our home in Castro Valley. She helped us find our dream home- and she went above and beyond to help us do so. She even helped us to reach out to home owners in the areas we were interested us with over 300 letters in case there were sellers who were considering putting their home on the market as inventory was low. She was very responsive, reliable, and really helped us make a good decision and never pressured us to buy or move forward on anything that wasn't a good fit. Rebecca is a gem! I feel so lucky that we found her. She made the sale of our house as stress-free and as easy as possible. We had been there for 40 years and had tons of stuff to go through. Rebecca helped us find new owners for almost all of the items we wanted to donate, eliminating the need for us to make several trips to Goodwill. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She organized the contractor work that was needed and arranged for the stager, cleaning crew and inspection people to come to the house. She goes above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. We listed at a fair price and got several offers selling at more than 10% over the list price. Her calm, easy-going manner belies the fact that she is diligently working very hard for you. I very highly recommend her.

I knew of Rebecca's meticulous attention to detail in meeting her through our local mom's group. When we decided to sell our Castro Valley home, we knew she'd be the one we could turn to! As a homeowner in Castro Valley herself and with her years of experience in the area, she is very knowledgeable about the Castro Valley market. It was a bit hectic for us to get the house ready for staging and making sure it was COVID safe. At one point during our frantic rush to the finish line to show the house, Rebecca picked up a paintbrush and helped paint at least one room in the house. That's how good she is, folks! She looks out for you in every possible way. I highly recommend her to others who are looking to buy or sell in the area.
