Tom and his team have a very unique sales process:
* First a thorough market analysis of your property and a clear reasonable understanding of value.
* Then a detailed inspection of your property accompanied by list of recommendations that you should do to ensure that you will receive the best possible price. Tom has a team of professionals that will perform these upgrades at a fair price. Follow his recommendations !
* On both of our listings with Tom we had multiple offers and closed our sales for “over” the listing price.

A huge shoutout to Tom Connolly as he recently sold my townhome rental home for above the asking price. Before listing the property, Tom and his team walked the property and recommended a top-to-bottom renovation so it would be turnkey for the buyer. I've watched many HGTV shows where this strategy of renovating before selling results in a larger profit upon sale, so I was excited to move forward with Tom's recommendation. The renovation budget was detailed and priced fairly, and it took about 5 weeks for completion. Tom reviewed the comps in the area and came up with a solid sales price. We received four offers just 2-3 days after the Open House weekend. Escrow ran just as smoothly, closing under 30 days with most documentation taken care of via Docusign. From start to finish, Tom oversaw the entire process and made it stress-free for me. Thanks Tom!

Tom and his associates have taken a credit of a sale that he abandoned. Him and his associates were extremely unprofessional and also created a dangerous atmosphere for children and disabled person living on the property. Tom often complained about not getting paid by the former owner and also he couldn't find a buyer after 6 months. When we realized how disrespectful Tom and his associates were the tenants took the property sale into their own hands and was able to land a deal with a buyer. I read today in a commercial email that he closed out of a sale. There was a picture of my house. Tom is now taking credit for sale that he did not even complete. We were able to close out the sale within 3 months. He made the tenants on the property miserable and he worked his workers for 7 days a week morning, noon and all the way through the night till 7 p.m. Including holidays, birthdays, and graduation celebrations. The tenants could not get a moment of peace. When we expressed our concerns to Tom he continued to send his workers. Not caring if we still had to live here and try to maintain a normal life. The tenants do not appreciate Tom taking credit for something he abandoned because he was more concerned about getting paid and how fast he was getting paid. We do not condone or appreciate Tom and his associates' disrespectful Behavior and also inadequate repairs. Tom promised that he would help us but instead he abandoned us and we had to finish the job for him. We do not appreciate him taking credit for something he failed to finish. Tom is not who he claims to be.
