As a 1st time home buyer, I gave Vincent full rein for getting me the best deal and I'm glad I did! He negotiated a great price, and I got the house! Vince was a joy to work with. He's professional, courteous and on time! Whereas most realtors just want the commission, Vince wants to make sure his client is happy and is satisfied and I was. He was also very patient with me asking questions and explaining how things worked. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends who are looking to purchase a house!

We started working with Vincent back in 2020 when we decided that we wanted to start looking for a new home. Vincent was there to help us every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable in everything and every aspect of buying our new home. We were not prepared for what was to come but Vincent was professional and very patient with us. Vincent is a good guy.....I mean a REALLY GOOD GUY!! I have known Vincent for years and when he told me that he received his realtors license, I said you're going to help me buy my first home. It took me and my wife a few years to get our credit together and Vincent would call periodically, he genuinely cared about our well being and kept encouraging us that our dream can become a reality if we stay focused and motivated. When we were able to get everything aligned, Vincent was right there helping us through the entire process. There was a time when we felt like giving up because we kept getting outbid, but Vincent assured us that there is a house out there with our name on it. We finally were able to buy a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home to raise our children, we were very happy. Vincent has been professional, informative, patient and thorough. I recommend Vincent to every person I come in contact with thinking about buying or selling a home.

I was referred to Vince and right from the start I could tell that Vince takes pride and integrity in his work.
