Luci is the best leasing manager I ever met. She is very organized, will text you information needed before you arrived. And she listened to my needs very carefully, and in addition to introducing floor plan and room to me, she would also patiently introduce the whole neighborhood and its surroundings, and share a lot of rental experience with us, she was as reliable and enthusiastic as a good friend you have known for years.

I was looking a place and I'm v happy I found Vista Creek in Castro Valley. The complex is nice and really clean. The units are pretty. One of the reasons I also decided to move here is Luci. She is the manager and she's a wonderful and helpful person. Luci took care of my application patiently . I can see she also cares about the complex. She is amazing. I'm very thankful with her

We toured this place, and when it comes to service Lucille is the best. She went above and beyond to give us a very thorough showing, communication with her is a breeze, a very organized manager.

The place is homey. The units are great and updated. Close to everything. Surrounded by nature but still have the urban comfort. This will be a great place to live.

I have been a resident of Vista Creek Apartments coming up on a year. When I initially met Lucille Sapienza, she made a positive impression upon me. I have many interactions with Lucille.

I have observed Lucille Sapienza to have extra ordinary communication skills and demonstrate the utmost professionalism and integrity. She is very organized, responsible, knowledgeable, and diligent about resolving and assisting residents with any issues that may arise. Bottom line her interpersonal skills and property management skills are impeccable.

I've been living at Vista Creek since 2019 and enjoy the area because it has close access to the freeways, stores. It's very safe and secured for anyone living alone. I have had the privilege of speaking to couple of tenants who have also been here for more than 5 plus years. I have recommend this place to several other people who are new to the Bay Area. Lucy the manager is a great person to answer any questions. She always greets you with a smile and provides many resources about the area if needed.
