Merrill & Associates Real Estate is absolutely amazing! Cassandra and Shonda sold our home in Paso Robles, California for well over the asking price! We've been working with Cassandra Merrill since she sold our first house in 2004. She was so knowledgeable and helpful on that first sale - and got top dollar for our little house - we've done 5 other real estate transactions with her. Her communication, research, marketing, and negotiation skills are top notch and she's always made us feel like we were here only client at the time. We've moved out of state so she handled our last California property; again, she negotiated the best deal for us and closed it in under a month. We are so grateful to have worked with Cassandra Merrill. With tools like zilllow and redfin, you sometimes wonder why you need a realtor in today's day and age. Cassandra showed us why! She went above and beyond to help us figure out what area would be best for us and what type of house we were really looking for. We were difficult clients with drastically changing timelines and circumstances and she helped us find a house and close on shortened timeline, with professionalism and grace. She's extremely communicative and responsive. She really listened to us and had advice on things we would have never thought of. Many months into our new home she is still looking out for us and helping us with minor logistical issues like navigating the county's property tax system. We could not recommend Cassandra enough.

I highly recommend Cassandra Merrill for any of your real estate needs! This is the second time we used her and couldn’t be more pleased. Cassandra did a phenomenal job selling our Paso Robles home this year and went above and beyond when we purchased it a few years ago. From start to finish, she handled every detail and did very well to keep us informed and empowered along the way. The entire team was incredibly helpful - especially Cassandra and Shonda. We were a complicated case, as I was moving to Paso Robles with my son, and my mother was also moving here at the same time. So we had to sell two homes and then purchase two in Paso Robles, all on a timeline. Cassandra and Shonda helped us to sort through the different options available in the market - as well as putting in extra work to understand our needs since for much of the time we were shopping remotely, with limited ability to visit properties ourselves. They really took the time to understand our needs and found us two perfect properties within our timeline. Since we were not yet in Paso Robles for the inspections and closings, their team handled these and kept us informed via facetime walkthroughs and written reports. They took time to explain all of the process and disclosure differences between California and other states where we have previously owned homes. And we did all the paperwork via docusign! They tracked all the details and gave me a list of dates when different pieces would need to be complete, helping me to organize everything during an incredibly busy period in my life. Both home purchases were completed with no difficulties. Their advice on negotiations - on price and inspection items - was excellent, and I am sure saved us money while also ensuring our bids were successful. Importantly, it was also just genuinely fun to work with them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cassandra, Shonda and the whole team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Paso Robles area. They are absolutely wonderful and a joy to work with.
