Mercedes, the care taker of this building is a wonderful soul who makes this place to live worthwhile. She is always ready to help, guide and assist you in all possible ways. She is a humble and dedicated woman who puts all of her heart into the work. Feels blessed to be a part of Bart Plaza.

Yes Property is well maintained inside out.
Mercedes helped us out in each possible way and gave us the best suite as per our requirements. She is very humble/keen towards Customer centricity and service into the detail person. Kept her word even she was off. I mean truly smart in everything..

It is a nice neighborhood but the previous property manager was good.. was Mercedes took care of all the problems but now since she left ...I have a black mold behind my bed and the new property Manager said her maintenance guy said it is not mode which I took pictures of it and showed it to them.. that's crazy.. it was mold in the same room before a few months ago

Ever since I have moved In my neighbors and the community director Mercedes have made it a nightmare to live at this complex. I’ve been harassed and threatened with eviction for things as little as fallen leaves in the FALL and for “stealing” a ramp I have no use for. Mercedes has made me so uncomfortable and upset with being at home I now have resorted to staying out all day and still get noise complaints somehow. I have not been able to enjoy my peace and quiet with in the walls of my apartment because I’m constantly being harassed which is in breach of my lease. I am being discriminated against my age and race at this point because my close neighbors have much bigger problems or concerns for the management to address but not one of them has received a 3 day eviction notice but me. Mercedes has been very dismissive about any of my complaints and instead brings up other new complaints to quiet me but they hold no merit.

Sadly, They won’t pay you back your deposit in full when you move out . They’ll add unjustifiable charges just to pay back quarter of the deposit.

He was very efficient and kind. In addition, to repairing the heater he cleaned it. I am so grateful for the service I received from him.

One of the worst places to live, even for your own guess. Tenants & Guest are subject to harassment and verbal abuse when entering and exiting building "who are you, where you going" comments from management and a random person on motorized cart video recording with his phone.

Renters beware, you have been warned, if your looking into this location to live save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
