I and my family had the privilege of living in the community for several years. If you are hoping to find the perfect apartment complex, well I am not sure if a perfect place will ever exist. I can confidently say that our neighbors and people in the community were overall wonderful to live with and my kids felt safe at the Castaic Lake Apartments. Castaic was a wonderful, small town to live in and it was a huge bonus to have the lake and larger swimming pool nearby. The current managers are an outstanding team and will do all they can to make you feel at home. We made some great memories in Castaic and a big part of living life was due to these friends and living life in grace and patience.

If your looking for an affordable, honest, and great place to live near the Valencia area, look no further. This complex is managed by an extremely professtional staff, that cares about its tenant, and the well being of their complex. Examples: my wife had a major traffic accident in the building and damaged a wall tremendously, our insurance covered the damages and the wall was fixed eventually. But the staff was professional, did not give us hassle, and took care of it as fast as possible without any gripes or means of making us feel like less than human because we made a mistake. Another instance, we had issues with our thermostat, i requested a repair, they went in and fixed it when i was out at work, it worked. Later the issue repeated, i reported it, the. The very next day the replaced it. Another example: i had a shower knob that would not shut off, the team of robert and danny ran over assessed it and immediately called a plumber. They ripped everything out and replaced the entire assembly with a new faucet and handles. There are many more things i can bring up but cant list them all, but the most important, when i left, they returned my deposit minus a few dollars for some small cleaning that i missed for 3 hours of labor. To be realistic, i was expecting to pay 2 to 300 out of my deposit, but no i left it clean enough to where that didnt happen. I am grateful for having this being my first rental and last experience as i now own my own property. Take it from me, a tenant of 3 years and 3 months, you will not be disappointed, and will be very pleased with your decision. Whomever rates this less than 4 stars must have not been following the rules and guidelines, as i myself was not a perfect tenant, but Matt that manager and his team are top notch and thats the bottom line and take care of everyone professionally. Thank you Castaic Lake Apartments for a wonderful experience, i am eternally grateful for my stay.
