The Central Massachusetts venue of the DCU Center in Worcester, MA was excellent. Easier to access without the congestion of Boston nor the expense of Boston. The DCU offered excellent food choices that would normally be expected at a catered event. though the basic ballpark-type foil wrapped foods were also made available. But to have French Dip Roast Beef one day and a Thanksgiving-type lunch the next day. WOW! Exhibitors were please to see all attendees visit their booth with greetings and inquiries from all. I only hope the exhibitors were as please as the attendees. Workshops were good but are in on-floor draped off areas that were affected by the exhibit activities and announcements. Overall a great event.

I find it funny that I contacted Pro Expos on June 13th to let them know of my concerns about the Northeast Buildings and Facilities Expo that we had just had a booth at and I got no response, but I just got an email asking us to leave a review. Maybe they will see this and give me some type of response.
This was the 2nd year in a row that we decided to be vendors for the show. The first year was okay, but not great, but we decided to try again because shows are different from year to year. This years show was by far the worst expo my company has every been a part of in our 40 years of business. Over the course of 2 days, there was maybe 500 people that walked through this event. The cost of everything was through the roof. Most expos include a table, 2 chairs, a table cloth, a sign in the back, but this expo includes nothing. They don't make this well known either so last year we got stuck with a $375 bill for a table, yes you read that correctly. It was not to buy the table, but just to rent the table for the day. When you are spending $3000 for a show you expect it to be a good one and this one fell flat two years in a row.
My biggest issue was that no one took the time to respond to try and resolve any concerns, that is just bad business. Don't waste your time on this one.

Proexpo Group are more than a tradeshow organization, they are business relationship builders. They care for and grow your business before, during and after the show. John Wright the owner, with Britney and Katie of marketing and development have become more like family. I recommend if you make the wise decision of doing their show, that the owner of the company attends and works the booth as opposed to sending sales reps. The clientel and decision makers that John and the ProExpo group has attending are the top decision makers that are more accustomed to dealing with CEO's and owner. The final reason to attend is that after doing the show and meeting John and the ProExpo family, your company will gain 5 sales reps, promotion guru' that will promote your company throughout their vast facility management network.

This conference has a really good agenda. Many diverse educational sessions for all disciplines.

The showroom has almost everything you need for maintenance of existing sites or for new construction.

It’s worth the investment in time to attend this show.

The FM Expo held in Worchester MA was super informative and a great chance to network. My only suggestion would be to make sure all expo guides know where specific booths or seminars are located. I was late and asked for help and the response I received well you need to ask a meeting organizer I am just checking people in.

Great amount of contacts came from this show! if you need to start a sales persons career with your company, this is the place to go! Lots of foot traffic, lots of people interested and a good lunch to boot! looking forward to next years expo!
