From the very beginning, it was clear that our situation was complex, filled with various liens that made the process lengthy and challenging. I have a very long story about Rich and Hailey, it is something I can go on and on about how wonderful they are. My fiancé and I were in the middle of having our home put in an auction, with days left. we went to see at least 5 different people, everyone had the same answers for us. I prayed and prayed and asked God to appoint us to someone who truly cared about helping people, ( in the reality field , not just concerned about money or self gain) we weren't doing anything wrong, we just needed help and someone with knowledge and experience in this type of situation. My fiancé had a business that was no longer as successful
as it was when it was first started and got behind in bills and mortgage, we needed help. We met with Rich and as he promised he would help us. He then appointed Hailey, our true life Angel, to help with all paper work, filling out tons of forms and going back and forth with the mortgage company daily for weeks. She put up with multiple and what seemed to be endless emails and calls and questions from us. Long story short, the final answer came through and we got a letter stating the mortgage company would work with us and put us on a 3 month trial, we made it through that, yes we somehow had the payment on time for 3 months. Today 09/17/19 we are still struggling but are making payments and we owe it all to the help of Rich Szerman and the beautiful , sweet Miss Hailey. We haven't been able to do what we wanted to do to show our appreciation to them but I believe in the right time we will be able to bless them as they have blessed us. My daughter is saving to buy a house within a year and I have already TOLD her she will be using Rich and Hailey to help. We thank you from the very depths of our hearts!!!!

I had a great experience working with Rich and his staff, particularly Joanne and Hayley. I used Alta for a short sale of a condo I lived in for 18 years, so I went in with a lot of trepidation. But Rich eased my nerves, and Hayley and Joanne always kept me posted on what was needed from the banks. As the sale closed, I wish I had discovered Alta years earlier. When I was laid off, I immediately tried to short sale my condo. The realtor was good, but not as well versed as Rich. As a result, our short sale fell apart in escrow.

In this world these days, it's hard to get good customer service on so many different sectors, as I had learned from personal experience and when I was a journalist. But the service I got from Rich, Joanne and Hayley is outstanding. Can't say enough good things about them.
