Today was my first time at Postal Annex, but it won’t be the last. The lady who helped me was fantastic. I don’t know if she’s the owner, but to whomever it was—-thank you so much!

Stopped here because they stock clipboards! (These are harder and harder to find as people rely more on computers rather than paper.)

There’s a good selection of greeting cards, including beautiful, reasonably-priced handmade ones from a local artist.

The location is excellent. Lots of parking, and… next to Big Apple Bagels😁🥯

PostalAnnex is amazing! They helped me ship a package to India via DHL. Inas at PostalAnnex went above and beyond and was super friendly and patient. She explained the different shipping carriers (USPS vs. UPS vs DHL, etc.), made sure addresses were entered correctly, and helped me navigate import duties. Customer service is amazing here. Even though I don't live in Castro Valley, I'd come back with any package I need shipped because of the level of customer service this location offers!

Most convenient shipping locations in town. I ship a few packages a week using different carriers and the Postal Annex takes them all. So simple and easy to just use one location. They are always willing to help out with any packaging issue when dropping off. They are always courteous and kind. Definitely a pleasure to do business at the Postal Annex. They've got my business!

No need to stand in line at the Post Office or UPS to mail packages or for a no-hassle Amazon return. Love this little shop. Helpful and friendly staff, fast service, easy in and out with ample free parking. Awesome local CV owners--highly recommend!
