If your business relies on the phone service to keep the doors open, DO NOT sign up. Their (VOIP?) service is breaking down on a weekly basis, takes a while to restore (and do you know how much business you lose meanwhile?). Why 2 stars instead of 1? a) Every VOIP has the same problem b) AT&T doesn't have anything good internet wise in my area.

Absolutly, the biggest mistake I ever made was to agree to let them set up my phone service. After 2 weeks (2 of those days we could only dial out, no inbound calls) I still dont have my phones operating. On my 7th call to the to figure out what was happening, the agent asked for my number in case we were disconnected, after waiting on hold for 10 minutes, she came back on and said it would be a little longer. I asked if she could just call me back when she found out . She replied, "I cant make outbound calls" . "Why did you ask for my number"? I wasted over 5 hours with them and went two days without phones, costing me at least 2k." Cant you make this a little easier, I'm loosing money here" When she said no, I hung up. smashed the phones I purchased, and told them to get their equiptment out of my shop.
