Erin Palmer is an honest, thoughtful, and caring realtor. We found a home that we liked with Erin Palmer's sign in the yard and called her. In addition to Erin showing us this home, we asked to be shown homes that were within walking distance of downtown. She listened to our needs. As we were working to secure our new home, she gave us a list of inspectors, electricians, and gutter installation contractors. She assisted us in getting all of our information to the loan company. Following up with calls and emails to our loan officer when there was a delay. She was very familiar with our neighborhood and was able to introduce us to neighbors who we are now friends with. Erin Palmer was fantastic to work with and the company as a whole. We started our property search last summer Erin dedicated much of her time and traveled to many lots with us. Erin did a lot of research, in fact she prepared a complete file with all property listings that met our search criteria, we spent several days spending a great amount of time on each property.
