We have been shopping for some one that can turn our garage into a room so Contacted Rasec after I saw her Ad on Facebook ! What a great idea that was! I feel like that was the best decision that I have ever made ! If u are looking for a great team honest people time frame Rasec can do it all , she turned our garage into a beautiful 3rd bedroom and nothing to be disappointed about it ! Pictures can show it all ! I will definitely call her back again for any other project I have to take care off

Maneuvered everything perfectly. Communicated very well with each step of the remodel. Gave an estimated timeline for when the project would be finished and it was actually met. Kitchen remodel came out to be exactly as we planned from the initial sketch.

If you would like to keep your thousands of dollars, I would suggest picking another company!! They, well she, loves to abandon your project halfway through. No matter the amount of times you "TRY" to reach out to her, she will never answer your messages and calls.
After spending thousands of dollars on the construction and eating out everyday, morning
to night, because we had no kitchen for about
3-4 months, she never came back to finish her job. Also, after paying for your materials, like cabinets for example, she will utilize them for another household and yet ask you for MORE money to finish the project. Pretty crazy & ridiculous, right? We unfortunately had to pay even much money to finish the construction with another
individual/company. Another detail, after researching and looking, other people, like senior citizens, have also suffered under the same issue. I believe it is important to get the word out to prevent others from going through this issue. Instead of building a beautiful kitchen or overall new
"house" for you, Rasec uses your money for the luxury things in life like nice cars and travel. If I could give 0 or even negative stars, trust me I would. Do yourself a favor and save your money and look for a better, hardworking individual!!!

Rasec and her team was professional, very patience and try to work with our needs. She never got frustrated even the plan changed few times by us. The cost was over all better compair to others. They put their hard work with details, however there timing and communication with customer needs improvement. Some of the workers were not available to work earlier in day so they ended up working till late night.. They cleaned up after their job completed. The team was courteous and friendly.
