Thank you so much Tracy and the staff. Where amazing and the owner of the property was so amazing. I would recommend this rental place to anyone. I've been with them a little over a year and I just moved out. And I didn't have any problems with this place. And the most important thing is I return the property the same way I got it. And I appreciate the opportunity to rent from you guys. I hope you continue to work with great tenants like us. 🙏🙏

Worst property management ever. When we moved in it wasn't painted, the rental lock stayed on the door a while after we moved in. When we moved out I cleaned the whole place. They didn't give me my security deposit back cause it wasn't painted ummmm you never painted before we moved and and you expect me to do it. I wouldn't rent anything from them I want my security back I will leave feedback until I do. They just wanted my money.

It makes me very sad to write this review because during our stay in one of their homes we truly enjoyed our property manager and had no issues up until now. We left the home in very good condition. We vacated almost a month in advanced which would give us plenty of time to correct any issues they felt needed to be fixed. (Which we thought would be NONE at all, we left the home the same way we got it) The owners along with superior property charged unethical amounts for things that were wrong. For example blinds= $150.00 yet the blinds were in poor condition when we moved in, and the same blinds are at Lowe’s for $12.00. We had everything listed on our conditions report when moving in that they claimed was wrong with the house when we moved out. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from superior. They never did an inspection and never renewed our lease during the 2 years that we lived there. I would have been fine with at least negotiating the deposit because it’s not about the money its the fact that they took the deposit and tried to avoid us for months. That’s not right. I definitely thought I would be using them to rent another home out but I was wrong and I will not refer one more person to them.

Stayed there lil over 2 years and they never gave me a hard time. Was very understanding with any safety concerns I had for my toddler, they always came out and took care of it.

I filled out an application and told them when I needed to move ( by the 24th) They told me it took two days. This was on a Thursday. They were closed the following Monday and didn’t bother to tell me. I had to go into the office on Tuesday before lunch and ask questions. I was told the property owner was out of town and they had to wait for him for a answer. I asked why did they take a application fee from me if the owner was out of town and they said they didn’t know he was leaving. I feel like they took my money knowing they did not want to rent to me for some biased reason. I would NEVER advise anyone to do business with these people. If I could I would give a negative because no stars are deserved. It’s time someone report them to the proper authorities. Me

If you see a house around town and you think to yourself that it is the absolute perfect place for you but Superior's sign is out front. Walk, no RUN away. They are difficult to deal with. They lie. They have no clue what they are doing half the time. Working with them will turn that perfect home into a nightmare. Find somewhere else. You'll thank me later.
Years later I find myself forced to deal with them again!
They are completely unethical. I was asked by a property manager on more than one occasion to enter another tenants unit without their permission, as there was a lock box on there door still. I was called stupid and a liar. They harassed me to sign a lease when we had already advised them we were moving. The owner of the property asked them to take over because she supposedly couldn't get a long with me. However, she's a slumlord just like Superior. There were several safety hazards on the property left by her 'maintenance man' and when asked about them I was told to move if I didn't like it. Then they raised my rent because I complained, which is against the law.

I have been with Tracy Crews and Superior for a long time and have never had any problems with them or there staff. They will always fix anything that needs fixing as fast as possible and I have referred many people to them. The ladies in the office are as nice as can be. So it really shocks me to see these negative comments. I love you ladies keep up the good work.
