This is a very professional and motivated group. I am a property owner. After I signed a property management agreement with Rent Solutions, they showed the property to at least 10 potential renters in a period of a few weeks. Rent Solutions ( Tara) screened and performed a complete background check on a suitable renter, before the rental contract was signed. A couple renting my house just moved in a few days ago, with excellent income and rental history.

Tara who was assigned to my property for finding a suitable renter is very resourceful, very professional and always kept me informed of the renters who had applied for rental. She was very dedicated and focused her full attention to the property for a few weeks, till the property was rented. Excellent job.

My property management contract with Rent Solution began about a month, so far, I am very satisfied. If you have a property in Tampa / St Petersburg area, I definitely recommend going with Rent Solutions

I have been renting through Rent Solutions for over a year, and my experience has been increasingly disappointing, particularly when it comes to respecting tenant rights and managing property visits. The company seems to prioritize the demands of their paying homeowners at the expense of tenant privacy and peace.

Despite Florida law requiring reasonable notice for property inspections, I have repeatedly been pressured to accommodate last-minute requests for property walkthroughs. The frequency and urgency of these requests and the lack of sufficient notice have been intrusive and disruptive to my daily life.

Communication with the property manager, Lynn, has been extremely frustrating. My concerns and requests for reasonable scheduling are often ignored, and the insistence on accommodating the owners with little regard for my own time and privacy has made living here quite stressful. It seems the focus is solely on pleasing the property owners rather than ensuring a balanced relationship with the tenants.

If you value your privacy and expect a property management company to respect tenant rights, I would think twice about renting a property managed by Rent Solutions. The lack of tenant support and the constant inconvenience caused by poorly scheduled visits from the owners (not even settled inspections) can significantly detract from the enjoyment of your rental experience.

We were displaced by Hurricane Helene and Rent Solutions handled the rental property we had to utilize from early Oct 24 until move out in early Feb 25. They were very responsive in maintaining the property. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs property management.
