I moved in April 15 2024, and I love it here.
1) The apartment is beautiful.
2) There's no noise.
3) The apartment was nicely renovated when I moved in.
4) Evelyn was so nice, respectful, and helpful when she showed me the available apartments.
5) Once I moved in, Evelyn asked me whether I was happy with everything, and I told her there were some repairs that needed to be done. The following day, two people from facilities came in and took care of everything in 30 min.
6) There was a discrepancy with my bill, and Evelyn advocated for me. On top of it, Roxy went over my bill from her laptop, showing me all the charges and going over each of them with full transparency. She was extremely approachable and professional.

We managed to find an amazing apartment in our budget, and Julie in management has really made sure we get the best experience here. Any repair issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently!

Where can I begin. As prospective renters, if what we went through was any indication of actually living there, then I'm glad it fell through. Darden our broker was the epitome of unprofessionalism. He never responded to our inquiries about repairs to the unit. Then complete radio silence. Had to reach out to him to no avail. Good luck to anyone who has no other options.

Management sucks. Apartment was dark. Small kitchen with broken tiles that were glued! Master was decent in size. Problems with heat and hot water. Over priced!!!! You can tell these apartments were put together quick to make fast money. Nothing like the pictures. No hard wood floors just stickers to look like it. Hidden fees. Wouldn't recommend at all. Some apartments flood when it rains. Beetles and spiders were a problem for us. Our apartment got flooded with water from a bad leak from the upstairs neighbor when they used there master bath. Management never came to fix it until I reported it along with the heating problems. I was told the heater needs to be bleed that's why it's not staying hot but only got them bleed twice from Jaime when I kept complaining. The problem was never permanently fixed. There's only one apartment that is nice and that's the one shown in the photos!

I’m so surprised by the bad reviews. We moved here in august of 2020 in the middle of the pandemic after having to search for a new apartment quickly. We found our 2bedroom unit quickly and moved in a month later. Maybe we got lucky and got an amazing apartment but I really have no major complaints. I live facing the water. Gorgeous views, especially since I live on the top floor. The appliances are brand new, all the rooms were remodeled. I love it. Maybe my only complaints are that the fridge model is a little small but all things considered it’s still nice and our second bedroom has no AC which I wish it did because it can get a bit stuffy but those are things we deal with. They’re not deal breakers. Neighbors are nice too!

Good Place but Terrible Property Management!

Piping works and carpet replacement were on going during handover. The unit was unclean due to ongoing works. Water dripping from above the living room area and window. Faulty air condition unit at living room and busted light bulbs inside the unit and outside main entrance. Mailbox key yet to be handover hence I can’t get my mails inside the mailbox.
Above issues are pending since I move in July 1. Property managers doesn’t response to emails and VERY seldom answering my calls. They are not returning calls even I left voicemail. I would love to give them no STAR for their TERRIBLE service.

Thanks for looking into this. Waterview Living Ossining is indeed a good neighborhood. Update as of July 15, 2020: Mailbox key was handed over last July 13 (12 days after unit handed over). Faulty light bulbs and air condition unit yet to be replaced. Water dripping at the living room area/window yet to be fixed.

Don’t live here. This is the second time we’re dealing with a mold issue because they didn’t hire the correct professionals to fix it the first time. It also takes over a month of being ignored through email before getting a response, and when I do get a response they can’t answer my questions. They refuse to tell me if I can terminate my lease or move to a different unit until their contractor comes to take a look, even though they confirmed via photos that I do indeed have mold. I’m beyond furious at this point and hoping writing some reviews will get someone higher up’s attention since they also refused to provide me with the property owner’s contact information. Last time we dealt with this issue, the property owner came to my apartment personally and gave me his card in case I had any issues again, since last time this happened the issue was also ignored for months. It’s really too bad they sold this property to someone else. If you can avoid this place, do it. They’ll just collect your insane amount of money in rent and use the excuse that they don’t have the time to address your concerns because they manage 20 properties. Stop with the excuses. If they can’t make mold a priority for over a month, you have some office management issues. If you can’t handle the job on your own, maybe hire some more people so you aren’t making your tenants with mold allergies literally ill for months.

I'm a current resident and unfortunately I have to stuck in this apartment for 8 more months. Since I move in, I have consistently had mostly cold water in the shower. I filed in their terminal for repair and there is no response. Called the office a couple times and asked for updates, and there is no update. I read the older reviewers and former residents have complained about heat and hot shower, and it is true. I would not believe in the management office because I don't think they will ever fix it.
