Me and my husband are in apartment 53. Faith is really nice and helpful, also if you have a maintenance issue they respond immediately Tom fixed our Air conditioner and was so educated smart and nice. The apartments are pricey but you are literally a block from the beach. I really want to give a shout out to maintenance though because whenever we have an issue they call back immediately and come ASAP.- John and ash

Faith with the leasing office has been extremely helpful! She responds quickly and has taken care of my application/move-in process every step of the way. She addresses all my concerns and is very diligent. Great office management!

Faith in the front office made the process of getting an apartment at Glen Ellen almost too easy. I showed up to the office and within the hour she had found the perfect place for me, we toured it, and I moved in a few days later! They're very responsive with maintenance requests, everyone here seems pretty friendly as it is a very family-driven community. However, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This complex is less than a mile from Monmouth University, there is a grocery store outside the back gate of the complex with a liquor store in the same parking lot, some great restaurants less than 5 minutes WALKING from the complex and it's a 10 walk to the beach. What more could you ask for?

Absolutely do not move here, unless you’re basically homeless and desperate. I lived there for over 2 years, and it was miserable. Besides the maintenance staff, there were no redeeming qualities about this place. Even then, our problems were rarely solved, but the maintenance crew was nice. We had a broken window for 2 years, which was measured by 3 different outside companies, with the promise of it being fixed promptly. This never happened. We had a very loud animal living in our attic the entire time. It took weeks for pest control to be contacted each time we complained, and in the end, the animal lived there longer than us, as it was still running around on our move out day. There are literally 4 light fixtures in the entire unit (none in the bedrooms)

We were told that there is no parking allowed in the culdesac (or anywhere marked with yellow paint) yet the entire apartment complex became a parking lot. At least the former management crew attempted to fix this. All that being said, rent went up damn near $1,000 in 2 years, for the most basic, sad, bare-bones apartment you could find. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy move into this place.

Avoid these apartments like the plague.

I’ve been living at Glenn Ellen for a couple years now, and my experience has been excellent. Their maintenance and office personnel are friendly, and very helpful. They often times go above and beyond: For example, Richardo alerted me of my car’s expired inspection sticker. Also, on multiple occasions they kindly helped me by placing packages delivered by my door out of the rain/snow. This is a great community to live in. Highly recommended!

My experience with the people in the office at Glenn Ellen was absolutely amazing. They were so knowledgeable about the area and all the great things the New Jersey shore has to offer. Coming from New York City it was so refreshing to meet such nice people. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a new place to call home. Keep up the good work!
