Do NOT recommend they are so unprofessional. My husband and I rent a house, for a year and when it came down to get the deposit took most of the deposit. Charge my husband for things that we have not received such as keys etc …. If you’re looking for rent a home I recommend you to look elsewhere .

Definitely do not recommend to go through this management escrow when it was time to return my deposit they charged me multiple bogus charges that weren’t related to the actual charges which left me super unsatisfied and I will never return and rent or do any business with this company ever again They are crooks so be careful when you inquire a home with this company. Read the contract very carefully and I advise you seek a different company.

Should I choose to label this as a negative star, I would say that it is the most disappointing property management company. Their behavior is extremely unprofessional and the properties they manage are absolutely the worst.

We have worked with Dillon at Jerome Property Management working on a few of the properties he and Jerome Property Management handles. His attention to the details are suburb even just dealing with a vendor like myself. I can imagine if you hire this company for your property management needs he will go above and beyond! I’ve seen in person his late night attention to his tenants and really see his overall dedication to being the best. Jerome Properties is simply the BEST property management company I have worked with over many years of owning rental properties.

First and far most, they CARE! They treat my properties like they personally own them. Also, I am very impressed that they DO NOT push over priced vendors my way, like so many property management companies.

Lastly, among many other positive attributes- they take great care of my tenants, treating them professionally and with dignity and respect!

Not only do I highly recommend them- I have personally recommended them to several of my personal associates who own rental properties.
