Working with Amanda Irvin (on Brenda Bianchi's team) was an absolute pleasure. Her extensive knowledge of the market, especially in duplexes and investment properties was rare and so appreciated for our circumstances. Amanda was incredibly responsive, always returning our calls and texts promptly. Her ability to handle stressful situations with ease was greatly needed after two major hurricanes hit our home while it was on the market. Amanda took care of everything, keeping us informed every step of the way (even with us moving out of state). I was very pleased with her approach to selling our home, and we relied a lot on her suggestions to make improvements that increased interest. We were also very confident in her negotiation skills, Amanda had a clear and accurate idea of where our buyers were deal-wise and we were very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Amanda Irvin to anyone seeking a top-notch realtor. If I had it my way, Amanda would sell every home I ever own!

I rented a home from Bianchi Realty a few months back and found through the neighbors the home was flooded and remodeled last year. The home had a strong smell of mildew coming from the ac vents!! The dryer and dishwasher did not work because they were damaged during the flood. My property manager Justin Farmer went above and beyond to get these problems resolved. He had a mold company come out to do an air quality test, they replaced the HVAC system, fixed the dryer and replaced the old dishwasher with a brand new one! I do not believe Bianchi Realty was aware the home was flooded. Thank you Justin Farmer for all your help making my rental home safe and stress free. This was all handled professionally and in a timely manner. Much appreciated!

My experience with Bianchi was excellent. I work in Property Management myself, and I must say Bianchi employees have been amazing. Chad went above and beyond for my daughter and I to help us get into our Condo quickly. We were living in a moldy apartment complex and Bianchi literally saved our lives. We were able to get approved and moved in within a few weeks. Our new home was clean and ready for us to move in. We are very happy. Bianchi realty is a great company. Our realtor was professional, knowledgeable, and a go-getter. We had a short time in town and he ensured we saw numerous units, even on Saturday and Sunday! Good thing too, the unit he showed us on Sunday was the perfect fit for us and we bought it. We received valuable assistance and support through closing and beyond. As new owners, we were pleased they gave us a return address stamp that we use repeatedly. A small but very thoughtful gesture. We also get email updates on market conditions that are informative. I will use Bianchi again and gladly refer them to others looking to buy or sell.

We would like to recommend Bianchi Realty as a property manager and applaud them for a great job with managing our property while we live out of state. We have been very pleased with all of their efforts and have peace of mind knowing our property is being handled with their professional staff.

As a rebuttal to Eric's earlier post, please know that he is a scam artist and was a tenant of ours. His review did not reveal that he was a tenant and his comments were misleading and were certainly not accurate. Why would a tenant be owed any money? Without going into details, please ignore his comments since none of them are true.

Bianchi Realty did a wonderful job with a less than honest tenant. Please talk with them about managing your property - you'll be glad you did.
