These people are crooks. Take money and don't hold up accountability for the services residents pay for. 100% unacceptable. Here's a dumpster that's been sitting for 2 weeks while trash blows every where. Disgusting and a poor excuse for a management company

On September 6, 2024, my car was towed from a handicapped parking space in my townhome complex. An email was sent out on August 30, 2024, at 8:30 PM stating that any vehicle blocking the sidewalk would be towed away. Despite having a valid handicapped decal, my car was towed. The HOA hired a towing company called Target Towing to drive around and tow vehicles. When I contacted the HOA, they claimed to have no reports of my car being towed from the handicapped parking space. I visited the tow yard and took pictures of my car in the parking space as well as in the tow yard. Amanda Burns assured me that I would receive a refund within 10 to 14 days, but I did not receive it after a month I had to pay $250 to retrieve my car. Additionally, my car was damaged during the towing process. Both the HOA and the CDD are denying responsibility, and no one is being held accountable. This situation is unacceptable.

Zero communication with the board or homeowners. There was a billing issue from when Vesta took over last year. It took the better part of a year for it to get resolved with substantially all homeowners.

Many homeowners had similar issues as I did wherein we’d call and no one would answer. They wouldn’t return our calls despite leaving messages with people or staff.

When I finally got a hold of people from their accounting department, it took me multiple hours of back and forth emails to get a solution for what would have been a two minute phone call. At one point they sent me my billing statement and told me to “figure it out.”

This organization is the literal worst. They NEVER answer the phone when you call. Then, they’ll charge you for anything they can think of. Need updated HOA payment coupons? Sure, but it’ll be a $5 charge to your account. If they have to send you a notice for something, it’ll also be a $5 charge to your account.

If they come to your community, beware. They will do their best to squeeze money out of you.

Our Association has used this company for over a year. There is no customer service, and homeowners and board members receive no responses from phone calls or emails. Didn't abide by their contract. Our community hasn't had a sight visit in months. We started in August of 2023, with Vesta, and they were never able to schedule a Compliance Hearing. Their account system leaves much to be desired. Needless to say, we are terminating our contract with Vesta.

This company recently took over the management of my community. I have tried almost daily to call them to request a coupon book for payments or to at least provide me info on the website to set up autopay. They have no problem sending me a violation letter, however my email & voice mail requests go ignored. I found out that Vesta is in fact owned by Associa, the management company that was fired after 6 months so it would not surprise me if we fire them soon as well. Good luck if you even consider this management company.

Very poor customer service today. The receptionist (if that is who she is supposed to be) ignored me, the only customer in the office
Even though there were at least 3 workers in the office at the time.....after patiently waiting for 5 minutes to be acknowledged, I calmly and politely asked this person if I should come back later, ignored me, asked again, ignored me....
then politely and calmly told her I would just go in the back and see someone else, at which point she then acknowledged me, raised her voice stating "Sir, you cannot go back there"
I went back anyhow stating I just need bracelets and after waiting patiently for 5 minutes I calmly and respectfully asked if I should come back and this person just ignored me. I am a property owner here and have reason to expect goods customer service. It is sorely absent here and inexcusable. She at least had the decency to apologize to the person she was on the phone with, indicating that I was fac just an interruption. Is Vesta that hard up to get courteous help? I have heard negative comments from several other owners of condos here in 5 towns regarding this person. The person, who apparently was a supervisor then scolded me for raising my voice, which I did not do, but had every right to do as I was being totally ignored.....no response or apology from this person despite my calm and reasonable explanation of the events. I told them that they need classes on customer service.
