Pure Property Management was very helpful with any questions I had about the leasing options. Rhea was extremely helpful and fast to answer with any questions that we had. This company is very easy to work with and I will have no problem working with pure property management in the future.

My partner and I had a ridiculously negative experience with this management company. We're both well into our 30's and have rented in many different states and cities across the US.
We payed rent on time always, we very rarely asked for help from the landlords, we took care of the yard, and our neighbors enjoyed having us live beside them.
The 0/10 experience came when they gave us barely a one month notice to vacate the property, leaving two adults with full time jobs totally scrambling to find a new place to live. They didn't offer to let us stay in the home. Their reason? There wasn't one provided. I assume it's because they wanted new tenants so they could charge them more money. The house was not heavily renovated because I've seen recent photos. It looks like central AC was added and maybe some other things that aren't obvious. Either way, central ac isn't a great reason to force out tenants.
Upon move-out, there is an absurd checklist of duties that have to be performed to undisclosed expectations. After completing every item on their checklist they still managed to find a great reason to keep half of our hefty deposit. We mowed the lawn, edged the yard, raked up dead grass, power washed the rocks, hired a professional cleaner to clean the frequently used areas such as kitchen and bathroom $300 with tip. Hired a professional carpet cleaner per their request for $420 (but evidently not the one they wanted me to order). We cleaned the rest of the home including washing windows, wiping the plastic blinds, vacuuming walls, scrubbing baseboards and walls.
So, rent with this company if you want them to keep your money for whatever reason they feel they can justify. I'm sure they'll have a snarky response to my poor review, which is on par for them, but future renters deserve to get some insider info. Look elsewhere unless you have a fat pocketbook and throwaway money.

Found a lovely place for a reasonable price in a great area through the professionals at Pure. They are dedicated and responsible and we are excited we were able to renew for another year at our home with the company. Karen and Christina and both wonderful. The Online resident portal is a breeze and the few maintenance items have been handled quickly. Annual a/c and furnace check ups are great!

I have been with Pure for over a year now. They are prompt and assure you get the help you need, whether it is maintenance or questions/concerns for the property. Thr handyman who have come for maintenance are always thorough and communicative. Christina has been especially great at handling all my situations. Thank you

We used Assured Property Management for years and have always had excellent service. This year was different. Don't know if it was due to the change to PURE Property Management or what but we are very disappointed. Not only did they leave us to resolve things with our property over 2,000 miles away, when all was said and done, they actually had the nerve to bill us $300 for a "service call" from a company who checked our furnace but couldn't do the necessary repair within the time frame needed. When we tried to get clarification as to why the charge was so high, our calls were unreturned. We will not be renewing our service contract with them.
