The vans are in a hotel parking garage behind a movie theater; a little hard to find, but not too bad. The contactless check-in is smooth. Representatives are professional and helpful. Than van itself was older and in moderately poor condition. There were several large dings and scratches. The van and ramp/tie-downs operated fine. Overall, I will continue to use Wheelers and will recommend them.

I would not book with this company. They change the rates within 15 minutes of calling them to get quotes and calling back to book the van. I ask about a refund if something happened and we could not make it and she would not answer the question. Bad place to book a van
