We ultimately chose another property, but I wanted to share our experience. We initially fell in love with a rental property and even rearranged our movers and plans to accommodate moving in once it was ready. Unfortunately, dealing with this management company was the worst experience I’ve had.

Our original agent Dan was unresponsive, never picked up the phone, also the email address on his business card is wrong and bounces back. Very unprofessional. So we were passed to Natalie. Despite asking her to keep us updated about the readiness of the house, she couldn't provide a specific date and only responded when we reached out first. Our initial move-in date was October 11th. Given that we were relocating from Texas with our two dogs and a large U-Haul, I repeatedly stressed how crucial it was for us to be informed about the status. Just a day or two before our scheduled move, she informed us the house was not ready, and the agent hadn’t even inspected it yet, even though the previous tenants vacated on the 1st.

We adjusted and rescheduled everything to the 25th, expecting timely communication. However, we didn’t receive any further updates. When we decided to move our date to November 1st to ensure the house would be completely ready, Natalie rudely informed us she wouldn't hold it for us. She said it "might" be ready by the 25th but couldn't promise anything for November 1st. This was despite us being the first to complete our applications and having excellent credit scores above 770 and income 200K+.

I genuinely feel sorry for the property owners who hired you, as they might not be aware of how potential tenants are treated. It's disappointing how unprofessional the service has been. I’m surprised you're still in business and that property owners trust you with their assets.

Despite us really loving a rental property, we couldn't lease it knowing we would have to deal with your property management.

Thanks for wasting our time.

If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would. I genuinely feel sorry for property owners who hire this management company. They are clearly unaware of how potential tenants are treated. We spent the last 18 months in a rental house managed by Wright and Associates. They have been our favorite management company to work with during our last 6 military moves in 10 years. They are easy to get in touch with and are very quick to schedule work needed. I would happily work with them again. We had a great experience with Wright & Associates. Our rental home was adorable and well-kept. Maintenance came out as soon as we needed it. Office Personnel was professional, expedient and really acted like they cared. We highly recommend their services.

When I am a property owner I will NOT be seeking their services.
They made current property owners miss out on a stellar long-term tenant. Dan was not helpful when showing rentals, couldn't answer basic questions about the properties including obvious problems. Christina was delayed in responding or not responsive at all. They lost an excellent tenant with excellent credit, verfied reliability, and spotless references.
On the flipside, as a tenant, would be concerned if I had to deal with them if I needed maintenance or other property help.
Do not recommend renting from places they manage, and do not recommend them managing your properties.
Glad it didn't work out.

Dan and his staff are true professionals. I have been working with Dan and his staff since 2005. He managed one of my property for over 10 years and was very detailed oriented. They informed me of every detail that needed to be discussed and provided input on my questions or concerns.
Now, Dan sold my house in 1 day. He got me the highest price, this I know because the bank appraisal was actually lower than the sales price. Dan even helped me with repairs on my property. He and his staff communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Dan and his staff to any of my family and friends. And I hope to work with him in the future.

I am an owner and have used Write and Associates as my property management company for 2 years. 'Frustrated' is the best word to describe my experience with this company. I find that it is difficult to reach someone in the office or to have my calls returned. I find that days go by before my emails are responded to, that is if a reply is ever sent. There are often errors on my owners statements and on more than one occasion I have been double billed for the same service! Records are vague or unavailable. If you value your time and money, respect your tenants, and appreciate your property, put it in the hands or a better and more competent property management team.
