Desert Shadows RV Resort has more Amenities per Lot, than any other park West of the Mississippi. Renters have use of the whole place. There is no charge for Pets. Themed Parties and Events all Winter Long by a special employee. This is the place to stay... Paul

I love visiting my parents when they're staying at their camper. The swimming pools are wonderful... The laundromat and guest showers are super convenient and always clean... And the grounds are beautiful and always well manicured!

Owner for just over a year now. Best decision we ever made. Facilities are plentiful and well maintained. 2 clubhouses, 3 satellites and 6 pools. Laundry facilities at all locations. People are very friendly and always willing to help and include. Restaurants and shopping very close.

Beautiful facilities and landscaping, responsive management. Adults only lap pool, 2 club houses, indoor pool and spa with sauna, 3 satellite club houses. No golf course and associated expenses - a plus for us non-golfers. 460 sites total, mix of RV sites and park models, so big enough but not giant. We own our properties here so not subject to the whims of greedy investors, but there is an active market for rentals too. Unlike other properties our renters have full use of facilities and can serve on most clubs and committees. Shopping is very close and this is a much lower-traffic area of the Coachella Valley so really easy to get around.

This is a very clean, quiet park with a lot of amenities and space. A great choice for either short or long term. Great pricing too.
