I have a friend that lives here. He's disabled as is his friend. I hear and saw for myself the grounds are not properly functional for the disabled. Grounds are very un kept. The pool is not functional at all. I understand that it's a low income space. There's no excuse for it. Gates missing and no security. Lots of kids here.

I rarely give bad reviews, but I wish I could give this apartment 0 star. They have 28 problems with tree roots clogging the pipes in the year. In order to remove a root, they emailed the owner, wait for her to approve the budget which took days, then they waited for the plumping company to check their schedule which took more days. My toilet in the picture was left unfixed for a week. They told me that other unit(s) had both of their toilets clogged for 2 weeks. Their new owner accepts emergency requests by email, which is very different from the industry standards. Don't rent here except that you want to drive every member of your family to use bathroom somewhere.

I am a good tenant. I feel they do not pay attention to detail in maintenance, trash dumping and especially the pool area we never have access to. The are quick to give tenants situations and other things. Also pay a tow company to ride through ready to tow your car but your kids cannot play at the pool. There is no reason for management to be so discouraged by having to take care of the grounds and each individual unit.
Noticing now, they never replaces certain things in my unit. I’ve had to remove or deep clean ect. Overall it has good qualities but for the most part they neglect this whole property. Maintenance staff should be available, dumping disposed of, trees trimmed and pool area kept safe clean and available.
It’s truly disappointing .

I've been living here for over a year now after I had to vacate my last home during COVID. So coming here was last resort. At first, it was kind of nice. But then there were leaks (one of which I reported four different times throughout the year and nothing has been done), mold growing on the bathroom walls (when I mentioned this to them, they stated there was nothing they could do because it would just come back), stolen mail (I've had my mail stolen three times and they told me that they couldn't afford new boxes) and rat/ roach infestation. The rats have been the biggest problem this year and the only solution they could offer was giving me rat traps and trap removal. They even stated themselves that their own apartment has rats in it (they live on the complex too). They've gotten into our trash, climbed in our furniture and destroyed food packages. Recently, we haven't had any food out and yet they're still trying to come into our apartment. We stuffed the holes with steels wool and every night they've been trying to push through it. Staying here has been damaging; I can't even sleep at night anymore before the rats. Please don't ever come here; you'll certainly regret it.

I have lived here over a year now, and this place sucks. We have no mail box’s because people broke into ours. We can’t use the pool haven’t been able to use it at all. They blame because of Covid but plenty of other apartments around the valleys opened back up their pool. Can’t use the gym. Vandalization goes on. And now today can’t even use hot water. I hope people take the management and even owner of this complex to court because you can win some big money. With all of these violations.

I have lived here for only 3 years and I’ve had 2 floods in my apartment. There is mold growing in the walls. The water has been turned off and comes back on freezing cold water. Ive had to rip open shower doors to clean underneath the railings bc it has so much mold.

I talked to the apartment manger on via phone about the apartment. She was so rude and un professional. Definitely wont be moving in here. I will take my money else where.
