The absolute best car buying experience of my life! I have dealt with far too many large corporate automobile dealerships in the past where I was treated like a number. I began my relationship with Jones Ford Wickenburg as a service customer. I absolutely loved the small town vibe. Earlier in the year when my wife and I were in for an oil change for her 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I had the pleasure of meeting manager, Matt D. As a retired police commander, I like to think of myself as a fairly good judge of character. Matt Is the real deal with 50 years of automotive sales experience. I’ve never met anyone like Matt in automobile sales and I mean that as the utmost compliment to Matt. When it was time to trade in my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willy’s 4Xe and upgrade to a more aggressive gas powered 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, I did not hesitate to return to Jones Ford Wickenburg. Once again, I met with Matt who referred me to sales pro Jayden G. Jayden is extremely friendly knowledgeable and engaging. Jayden worked tirelessly to find the specific vehicle I was looking for. I was very specific in my search for the perfect Rubicon, which would check all the boxes. Jayden did not disappoint. I received a call from Matt approximately one week after my initial meeting with both of them at which time Matt advised me that they had located the precise Jeep I was searching for. Following a brief negotiation with Matt and Jayden, which I felt was very open honest and fair I decided to pull the trigger on the Rubicon. I subsequently met with Tim W. the business manager, who truly went above and beyond to find me the best possible financing available. Tim is an army veteran who is truly a standup guy. Tim answered every question and concern I had fully and completely. Perhaps the best way I can describe my experience at Jones Ford Wickenburg is walk-in as a potential buyer and in my case, if you purchase a vehicle at Jones Ford Wickenburg, you feel like you are now a part of the Jones Ford Wickenburg family! Major Shout out to Matt, Jayden and Tim For finding the perfect vehicle at a fair price and offering the best customer service I have ever experienced at any automobile dealership! Highly recommend!!!

I was looking at bronco's online at Jones, I didn't want one, just like to look.
A Harley popped up that grabbed my eye, that wasn't in the market for but looked nice. I drove down to take a look and found someone was buying it. I drove by a few days later it was still sitting there. Texted Carlos and found it was available again. I never had a problem at Jones with anything, even got help from Brian to help find me a place to park my semi truck years ago. Never pressured and talked with Carlos like we knew each other for years. I can't say one thing bad about Carlos or Jones. Past history was so good, I wrote a check for the bike, never test rode it or even started it, its home in my garage and I can't be happier. Who knows what I will find next time I'm looking at bronco pictures.
If anyone knows who owned the bike, I would like to know the history.

Thanksgiving week, I was rolling into Wickenburg and my Car broke down. It was late in the day but they took my car in to diagnose. They help get me to a Hotel for the night as there were no rental cars. Romel in service kept me up to date and was great to work with. The next day I spotted a new car on the lot that had everything I wanted. I spent a few days talking with Sales Guy Tim and we worked out a great deal. I have owned 7+ vehicles over the years, but I would have to say this is one of the best dealerships I have ever worked with. Thanks guys !

I was pleasantly surprised when Service followed through on their promise to address the RAM recalls (2). The service was completed, invoices received, and telephone call from Jones Ford telling me my vehicle was ready for pickup! All in a reasonable time!
As noted, I was surprised because I had been in on 3 separate times to have recalls done and was promised by the Rep that she would call me when the parts came in and schedule for me to bring my truck in to have recalls done!. Three months passed - no call! I was about to call Ford head office, however, I decided to deal with Service one more time
My confidence in Jones Ford has been restored. I will return for future service needs that my truck - that i had purchased at Jones Ford Wickenburg - may require!

I did have a great buying experience with Jones Ford of Wickenburg.No pushy tactics at all. Our salesman Tim #2 and Finance person Tim #1 should teach mandatory college courses other dealerships around town. Highly recommended, great experience..Thank you.. Their service department just tried to deny replacing the failing CV/axle assemblies on my 23 Maverick hybrid with under 50k. It's covered under the 60k power train warranty, but they refused to fix it under warranty. The truck is stock, not lifted or lowered, no accidents. The faulty CV axles are a well known issue on the owners forums.

I got a call from the dealership, and was told that it was a mistake, and they will make it right.

I'll update this review again after repairs.

Carlos in their Sales department and Tim in their Finance department were both amazing! We went in just to see what it would take to find an affordable vehicle on a limited budget and we walked out with a top notice vehicle, which was more than we could have expected. We expected to have to use up several weekends finding a good vehicle and we accomplished out goal by walking on to the Jones Ford lot. I would recommend stopping at Jones for your vehicle shopping needs.

This is the best dealership hands down. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and have referred many to them and they always provide amazing service make every process simple and easy. I live in Queen Creek and its worth the time to drive to Wickenburg to work with them. Brian has an amazing staff. I have been buying cars from Jones Ford Wickenburg for over 7 years. Their entire staff has always been fantastic. If you want an easy no pressure car buying experience Sean Lowery is the guy to call. Everyone of my friends that I have referred to them always call me after and say they will never buy a new car anywhere else because of how great that were treated. If your looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealer I would highly recommend them!
