I have been a tenant for 5 years now and I can honestly say Strongwill has been the best landlord/PM I have ever had. They are understanding, communicative, and fair. Dan has been amazing with working any issues out with me. My rent is manageable, there is 24 hour maintenance, and everyone has been friendly. Neil always remembers what we spoke about from our last encounter and never fails to ask me how my college courses are going. He always is a pleasure to chat with and has done great for helping fix any issues that need fixing. I like that when I am ready to upgrade from my apartment to a house, they can manage that too if I choose. I plan to stay with Strongwill as long as I can.

My experience with this company has been challenging. Erica has regularly been short and rude with me. She doesn’t seem to care about our experience as renters. She doesn’t listen to our concerns and regularly dismisses the issues I bring up. For reference, I’m a renter that has never missed or been late on rent. Overall I would choose a different property management company.

I had a lot of furniture to move to the dump as well as some small repairs needed before moving out of my apartment. I hired Strong Will Property Management to complete the tasks and they did an incredible job! Neil is a miracle worker! He worked on a door and handle that endured some serious damage because of the design and my children. He patched it up and installed new hardware. It looks like a brand new door! I will definitely be hiring them for any future needs.

Strong Will was on the spot when we needed them on very short notice. I had a pending sale, working as a seller's realtor, and some rather minor repairs needed to be completed prior to closing and three different contractors bailed on us multiple times. Strong Will was on site quickly, finished the work quickly and the billing was very fair for my client. If I am in a similar position again, I will avoid the fuss and go straight to Strong Will
