Ash and the Fusion Team have been managing a rental property in Burlington for me for over a year. At the beginning of this experience, I was completely OVERWHELMED and clueless regarding where to start. Fusion helped me navigate processes, paperwork, and coordinations with Burlington and utility companies. Once the house was rented, Fusion has been there for both me and the tenants–and I think that is what a great property management company should do: advocate for all parties involved to ensure the lease agreement is fair and followed. During this experience, Fusion replaced a dishwasher for me when I wasn’t available to choose one–thanks to Fusion the tenants didn’t have to wait for me to get involved. And, recently Fusion helped me when I needed some major bathroom repair work done after the tenants noticed leaks. Fusion was an advocate for both me and the tenants. They did everything they could to ease the impact/inconvenience to the tenants, while also assisting to ensure the project was moving to completion and advocating for both myself and the tenants. I am grateful that Fusion looks out for me and the tenants - it truly is property management with heart and soul - and I highly recommend them.

Fusion has a most wonderful and cozy apartments to live in they take great care of there building and responded quick should any issues may arise. Fusion does a wonderful job to make sure your living comfortably!!!
