I had the pleasure of renting through Lake Point Property Management during my two years in Burlington, and I can honestly say they are some of the best property managers I’ve worked with. People in my building were skeptical when a large property management company took over the building but it's been great! Sam manages my building and is awesome! He's helped make some long overdue improvements to my apartment/building and I've even seen him out in the snow shoveling the walkway before I head to work. He's easy to reach, diligent, and lovely to interact with. 10/10 great experience and positive impact on residence quality of life!

Lake Point Property Management acquired my apartment complex last summer and I have nothing but positive things to note. They immediately took action to improve the property inside and outside the complex. I also had to put in a work order regarding my shower drain being clogged and within less than 24 hours they came and fixed it. They are responsive, reliable, considerate and friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone! 🙂

Not impressed with office leasing experience. We met to view an office space after difficulties with emailing back and forth. I had emailed within hours after the viewing with the information they requested to get a lease going (along with an offer to put a deposit down). They wrote back confirming they would send a lease along shortly. When I hadn't heard back for a bit, I reached out and they had leased the space to someone else. I know nothing is set in stone until a lease is signed, but there are better ways to go about communicating the leasing process, especially if first come, first served isn't how they operate.
