The single best decision we made while searching for a house was hiring Kristin as our realtor. She was flawless from start to finish.

My husband and I are first time home owners, and Kristin made sure we were educated about the process, which made it feel less overwhelming. At showings, she had a lot of good insights for what we should be looking for, and what were red flags. When we made our first offer, she walked us through every clause. She never pushed us one way or another, but instead gave us the knowledge we needed to make informed decisions ourselves.

Her communication is excellent. She made note of the best ways to reach us, and always tried to use our preferred communication method. She returned messages/calls lightning fast, and frequently checked in with updates. She is so kind and a real delight to work with.

Overall, we truly felt like Kristin was invested in helping us find not just any home, but the right home. We trusted that she had our best interests at heart. We are so grateful for her help!

She is not only knowable of the market and the process, but also general house construction and appliances etc. As a new home buyer I had little experience with these subjects and relied heavily on Kristin.
