Craig is without a doubt one of the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. He assisted my wife and I in our search for a vacation lake house in VT. At the time, the real estate market was extremely busy, and we had a difficult time finding a reliable agent to work with. Out of sheer serendipity, we were given Craig's name by another agent who was showing a house we were interested in. He was immediately responsive to our call and willing to help -- even going to the house and doing a virtual tour via Zoom to save us the 3-hour trip from our primary home in MA. Even though that house didn't work out, we realized that we had found a gem in Craig and asked if he would be willing to continue working with us. Over the next few months, he showed us several more houses -- both in person and virtually, and some a good distance from his office -- and flexibly worked with us as we continued to revise our wish list. After a number of showings and a few offers, we finally found the ideal house thanks to Craig's diligence.

On the strictly business side of things, Craig is extremely responsive and detail-oriented providing all the information that was needed on a particular property and going the extra mile to find out additional information if requested. On top of that, as a lifelong Vermonter, his knowledge of the state was extremely valuable for us as out-of-staters. Over and above that, Craig is just a good guy. Always pleasant with a good sense of humor and a way that makes you feel like he is genuinely invested in the process and in finding you the right home for you and your family. Qualities that are sometimes hard to find in the crazy hustle-and-bustle business of real estate these days. I can't recommend Craig any more highly and strongly encourage you to work with him if you have the opportunity.

Craig helped us buy our new home! From the start, we felt we were in excellent hands! On short notice on a Sunday, Craig worked all day to turn around our bid, keeping in contact with us. While we did not win the bid, a few weeks later, Craig contacted us with a new property. Craig was integral in helping us win this bid.
